Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Brett Kimberlin fails and inflicts failure on others because his arrogance entraps him in carelessness. For example, he left bomb making supplies in the trunk of the car he was driving when was arrested for impersonating a DoD security/police officer and wound up with a 50 year sentence for his crime spree as the Speedway Bomber. More recently, he sent an email to Bill Schmalfeldt about a hearing scheduled on one of the restraining orders sought against the Cabin Boy™ and clicked Reply All by mistake, sending his comments to members of the court staff. The TKPOTD for five years ago today showed a part of that email.

This is the header and opening portion of one of the emails submitted to the Ayer District Court in support of the Cabin Boy™ in the Hinckley v. Schmalfeldt Harassment Prevention Order hearing this past week.
SHvBK_1popcorn4bkIt must be some special bit of training at Acme Legal that would lead someone to cc an email to a court referring to one’s friend’s adverse party as a “piglet” whose case is “bullshit.” Such professionalism!

Note that it sent by WhoIsNumberNone. With a “excellent” friend like that, who needs enemies?

Kimberlin used WhoIsNumberNone as a nom de cyber for years. However, he doesn’t seem to have used it publicly for awhile. The @WhoIsNumberNone Twitter account hasn’t seen any activity since a retweet on 9 February, 2017. The account follows three of Bill Schmalfeldt’s abandoned Twitter accounts, the newest from February, 2017.

BTW, According to the Bureau of Prisons inmate locator (which still tracks him because his sentence doesn’t expire until 2030), Brett Kimberlin’s number is actually 01035-079.

Non Sequitur Du Jour

Without even having to rely on one of his now infamous flow charts, the Cabin Boy™ has jumped to this conclusion—fmp201702040508zI’m not sure how a tuxedo has anything to do with that TKPOTD post or why concern about a tux triggered the mini Feltdown exchange among the Cabin Boy™, the BU Twitter account, and WhoIsNumberNone I found in my Twitter notifications this morning.

Hmmmmm.

Oh, one more thing … one doesn’t wear white socks with a tuxedo.

Yep, They’re Panicking at Team Kimberlin

Team Kimberlin is afraid of the truth. All their lawfare and harassment is an attempt at shutuppery, and they are clearly upset by the Streisand Effect blowback they have received as a result of their attacks on bloggers.

They’ve tried various legal and extralegal was to gag Hogewash! and the @wjjhoge Twitter account. Intimidation didn’t work. The Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. lawsuit failed, and the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness is failing. The attempted takedown of @wjjhoge by simulating aggressive following didn’t work. Nothing has.

Their most recent try was the “identity theft” scam they pulled earlier this month. It failed, but they’re still trying to use it as an excuse for harassment.numbernone201502261259ZThus far, Kimberlin hasn’t been stupid enough to go after Mrs. Hoge. However, he did take a rather lame poke at my son William with this parody of Army Vet’s Malicious Manatee graphic.numbernone201502261314ZWill’s reaction was, “Meh.”

This was also tweeted.numbernone2015022616153ZobsceneNow, it’s possible that tweet is merely something that is supposed to be funny given the perverted worldview of Team Kimberlin. OTOH, it might make reference to a picture that the Cabin Boy™ posted with my face photoshopped into it. (A blurred thumbnail is at left.) If it does refer to that picture and the tweet is supposed to be a threat, … well, let’s just say that I don’t threaten very easily.

If they have to stoop to this sort of nonsense, they’re panicking. And they should.

Tick, tock.

UPDATE—Hit a nerve, have we? As I’m typing, this post has been up about 20 minutes, and Hogewash! has already received four attempted comments from Team Kimberlin. I’ll take that as an admission that the thesis behind the post is correct.
