Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

One of the problems that Brett Kimberlin has had in his court filings is keeping the order of events straight in his imaginary narratives. The TKPOTD from nine years ago today dealt with one example.

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s original complaint and first amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness were muddled masses of inconsistent allegations. I half-way expected that he would clean up some of his mess with his second amended complaint. Instead, he made it worse.

In the second amended complaint he claims that the following defendants were a part of the RICO conspiracy: “Akbar, Walker, Hoge, Malkin, McCain, Backer, DB Capitol Strategies, Frey, Nagy, Franklin Center, Ace of Spades, Stranahan, Thomas, Erickson and Twitchy.”ECF 100-1-164TDPK defines “relevant times” in his second amended complaint as being from “November 2011 through February 27.2104 (sic).” ECF 100-1-95So Erick Erickson was functioning member of the RICO Enterprise at “all relevant times”—including the 6 months prior to his joining the conspiracy.

Kimberlin never figured out how we were able to get Erick into the conspiracy before he joined it.

You’d think that people lie a lot and routinely forge documents would eventually learn how to do it reasonably well, but Team Kimberlin’s level of incompetence is in a league by itself. This Prevarication Du Jour first ran seven years ago today.

The Cabin Boy™ is trying to dance his way around the trail of evidence of his forging the header he claimed was from an email sent to him by Lynn Thomas.TheMerryWidower201511180643ZAs a commenter has noted, the version of the email header initially posted on the Cabin Boy’s™ blog is not the same as what is there now. However, my analysis was done on what was posted on Twitter, not his blog. (Others have done analyses on the original images from the blog, and those have been consistent with what I found on Twitter.)TheMerryWidower_status_666375731480559616The URL for that tweet is twitter.com/themerrywidower/status/666375731480559616, but it has now been memory-holed.TheMerryWidower_memory_hole

However, the attachments were both downloaded and screenshots were taken of them. Here’s what the header looked like as seen on the original tweet. (Click to embiggen.)TheMerryWidower201511162202attachment2As the Gentle Reader can see, the one intermediate time stamp is 13:51:01 while all the others show hh:15:01 (depending on time zone).

pantsonfireSpoliation of evidence won’t save the Cabin Boy™. Rather, it creates the presumption that the multiple archived copies are true and correct. That presumption is reinforced by his habit of putting potentially embarrassing evidence down the memory hole.

What’s waiting for the Cabin Boy™ in Room 101? The Truth.

UPDATE—I could keep the Cabin Boy™ putting up new versions of the “true” header by dribbling out bits of evidence over time, but I’m not in this as a game of gotcha. He needs to understand that we got him cold on this one. The Vast Hogewash Research Organization has documented the various versions of the header that he’s published. We know when they were created. We know which word processor he used. We know what other tools he used. Etc. I’ll throw out one more bit of information. We know when the original email header he altered was sent: Sunday, 15-Nov-15 19:42:01 UTC. That information is embedded in all the files he has published.

Bill Schmalfeldt is a liar and a forger.

That timestamp typo was the clincher. Emails simply don’t arrive at the addressee 26 minute before they are forwarded by a in-route relay server. At least they don’t with the kind of hardware that Schmalfeldt uses. OTOH, …

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The proof that Brett Kimberlin is an incompetent liar is found in the large number of mind-boggling transparent fibs he tells. The TKPOTD for eight years ago today dealt with one those false narratives.

Here’s another whopper from one of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s court filings. This is from his opposition to my motion to dismiss his first amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.ECF 29-22TDPK asserts that I was in on his mythical fraudulent fund raising on behalf of National Bloggers Club in May, 2012. I was a newbie who hadn’t heard of NBC back them.

The real hoot is the “media report” he cites as Exhibit J. It’s supposed to show what we were seeing in the media back in May. The report is dated August.

Then there’s the question of the reliability of the report. It’s from Matt Osborne quoting Bill Schmalfeldt and Breitbart Unmasked as sources.

I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried.

One of the project I worked on at NASA was a navigation system for a constellation of satellites that used GPS to allow each of them to be aware of the others’ time and relative dimensions in space. However, I’ve never had access to a TARDIS of the sort required to make the claim allegedly supported by Exhibit J be true.

Here’s a news flash! The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has filed a couple of legitimate green cards with the Restricted Delivery boxes checked. They were filed with a motion in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit and are for some mail sent two days after he had to confess his previous shenanigans to Judge Ryon. But have no fear, Gentle Reader. TDPK managed to find another document to forge as one of the exhibits. He makes this allegation in his motion.BK v Aw 2013 AltSvc-6TDPK filed the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. lawsuit on 30 August, 2013. With that in mind, consider his Exhibit E.BK v AW 2013 AltSvcKU Ex ESo TDPK informed Kimberlin Unmasked of a lawsuit filed on 30 August, 2013, on 22 February, 2013. Perhaps he’s traded his gold Prius for a blue Police Box.
