Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

During the run up to the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al, nuisance LOLsuit trial, Brett Kimberlin seem particularly bothered by the reporting that Aaron Walker and I were doing on that case and the larger Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness LOLsuit in federal court. He sent a letter the judge in the federal case seeking permission to file a motion for a preliminary restraining order as a gag order against us. That simply resulted in more reporting on The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberli’s shenanigans here at Hogewash! and at other blogs. Here’s the TKPOTD from six years ago today.

Terrorist? Here’s what the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals said.

Kimberlin was convicted as the so-called “Speedway Bomber,” who terrorized the city of Speedway, Indiana, by detonating a series of explosives in early September 1978. In the worst incident, Kimberlin placed one of his bombs in a gym bag, and left it in a parking lot outside Speedway High School. Carl Delong was leaving the high school football game with his wife when he attempted to pick up the bag and it exploded. The blast tore off his lower right leg and two fingers, and embedded bomb fragments in his wife’s leg.

Forger? Here are his own word from the document docketed as ECF No. 102 in the RICO Madness.ECF 102-3That’s an admission that he forged the summons he sent to Twitchy. Also, he made this admission to Judge Ryon in a Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. hearing on 9 April, 2014, concerning a Certified Mail green card for a piece of mail sent to Ali Akbar.BK v AW 2013 0409 at 22

Perjurer? It’s a matter of public record that TDPK is a convicted perjurer, and he has admitted as much in open court multiple times since May, 2014. Furthermore, he’s been caught lying recently. For example, consider these responses to my requests for admissions in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit.BK v AW 2013 Admission 21Pedophile? I haven’t called Brett Kimberlin a pedophile. However, I have seen evidence that leads me to understand why someone might hold that opinion. I suppose that if he wants to push the issue, those who might have used that word will put that evidence before the court. Some of it has been sealed, but not all of it has. Also, court records can be unsealed.

The Hill has a post up by Philip Haney in which Mr. Haney, a former Department of Homeland Security official, alleges that he was ordered to remove pertinent information about terrorists from law enforcement databases.

As the number of successful and attempted Islamic terrorist attacks on America increased, the type of information that the Obama administration ordered removed from travel and national security databases was the kind of information that, if properly assessed, could have prevented subsequent domestic Islamist attacks like the ones committed by Faisal Shahzad (May 2010), Detroit “honor killing” perpetrator Rahim A. Alfetlawi (2011); Amine El Khalifi, who plotted to blow up the U.S. Capitol (2012); Dzhokhar or Tamerlan Tsarnaev who conducted the Boston Marathon bombing (2013); Oklahoma beheading suspect Alton Nolen (2014); or Muhammed Yusuf Abdulazeez, who opened fire on two military installations in Chattanooga, Tennessee (2015).

Charlie_Hebdo_Mohammed_Returns_.0Most likely, the Gentle Reader has heard about yesterday’s terrorist attack on the offices of Charlie Hebdo in Paris. The publication has targeted Islam with its rather coarse humor. For example the front-page cartoon on the left is captioned, “If Mohammed Returned.” The dialog translates, “I am The Prophet, fool!” and “Shut up, Infidel!”

After killing a dozen people and wounding several more, the gunmen were heard to say that they had avenged The Prophet.

If one reads the letter The Dread Prophetphile Kimberlin sent to law enforcement (see the exhibit attached here) in the context of his actions in outing the anonymous blogger “Aaron Worthing,” it almost seems as if TDPK was hoping that Aaron Walker might suffer the same fate as has befallen Charlie Hebdo. The fact that Aaron Walker was SWATted the same day that he beat TDPK in a court hearing over the unconstitutional gag order Kimberlin had as part of (later thrown out) peace order, …

One theme that keeps recurring in TDPK’s rants against Aaron Walker is his connection to the Everybody Draw Mohammed blog that posted all those “vile” depictions of Mohammed.

Here’s another interesting factoid: As of 11 pm last night, there was nothing on either the Justice Through Music Project or Velvet Revolution US websites about the Charlie Hebdo attack. There was nothing on Breitbart Unmasked either.

The Gentle Reader may draw his own conclusion.

What to Do About Iran?

Joe Biden says that the consequences to Iran for the plot to kill the Saudi ambassador in Washington will be “serious.” While he said in an ABC News interview that nothing is off the table, the administration seems, so far, to be doing the usual tightening of sanctions dance.

Yeah, that’s the ticket. Let’s give ’em another dose of that stuff that didn’t work before.

Ed Morrissey points out that President Obama could learn something from Bill Clinton.

Bill Clinton got it right when he bombed Baghdad in 1993 in response to the plot to kill George H. W. Bush during his visit to Kuwait — a plot that didn’t involve attacking on US soil. It was a measured, appropriate response to the provocation.

Thugs and bullies learn in the school of hard knocks. If we wish to be left alone, they must be made to understand that it is too costly to pick on us. If we are unwilling to deliver that message, then we have only ourselves to blame for what comes our way next.

UPDATE–Direct military action isn’t necessarily the preferred response, but firmly squeezing Iran’s interests and allies certainly is part of what’s needed. Barry Rubin comments over at Pajamas Media:

The point is not to go to war with Iran but to oppose Iranian interests and allies everywhere, including the use of covert operations. Challenge Iranian agents of influence in Lebanon and Iraq. Containment is not just about nuclear weapons for Tehran but about the spreading influence of that regime.

That also means the United States must seem like a strong and determined leader. It must have very serious credibility. And it will have to identify revolutionary Islamism as the enemy.

Look, this is the Obama Administration we are talking about. I don’t think they can do it. Hopefully, the next president can do so. There better be a next president in sight because there are a lot more crises on the way.
