Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Back in 2013, Aaron Walker was involved in a set of hearings at the Howard County District Courthouse in Ellicott City, Maryland.. On two occasions, Brett Kimberlin, who did not appear to have business at the courthouse showed up. Neither time was a coincidence. The first time, he physically stalked Mrs. Walker who had been sitting their SuV. The second time, I watched Kimberlin as he cruised the courthouse parking lot. I wrote about that seven years ago today in a post titled What I Saw Last Friday.

* * * * *

I am now able to tell you what I saw at the Howard County District Courthouse last Friday.

I had been asked to be available as a potential witness in a hearing on the Walker v. Schmalfeldt Peace Order petition. I had arrived at the Courthouse about an hour early and was sitting in my car eating lunch and dealing with email on my iPad. After a while, I saw a gold Prius enter the parking lot. As it passed by, I noticed that Brett Kimberlin was the driver, so I watched as he slowly drove around the parking lot. The only part of the lot that he did not drive through was the small, almost empty area where I was parked. He drove away.

About a half hour later, not long before the hearing was due to begin, I again saw a gold Prius turning into the parking lot. I turned on the camera in my iPad and recorded Brett Kimberlin as he drove by a second time. Again, he drove down each aisle in the main section of the lot. This time, he also drove into the small side lot where I was parked. As he slowly drove by, with his car passing no more than a couple of feet away from my front bumper, I could see that was holding up what appeared to be an iPhone as if he were taking or about to take a picture or video. As he backed out of the aisle, his face registered an expression that I took to be frustration. He had clearly been looking for something or someone and had not found what or who he was looking for. Brett Kimberlin looked directly at me from no more that 15 feet away and did not seem to recognize me.

While Brett Kimberlin was in the parking lot the second time, I watched him drive past the car in which Aaron Walker was sitting. Mr. Walker’s car had pulled in just ahead of Brett Kimberlin, and his driver had parked the car in plain sight. That he also apparently missed seeing Mr. Walker leads me to believe that Brett Kimberlin was probably looking for the Walker’s SUV or some other vehicle with Virginia license plates.

At no time did Brett Kimberlin pull into a parking space or get out of his car. He was clearly cruising the lot looking for something or someone, and when he did not find what or who he sought, he drove away.

If Brett Kimberlin were coming to the Courthouse for the hearing, he should have gone inside to check on things even if he weren’t sure that Aaron Walker’s car was in the parking lot. If he were coming to serve some sort of papers, he should have gone inside to attempt the service or waited at the Courthouse door in case of a late arrival. He did none of that. From what I saw, it seems more likely that he was looking to see if he could find Mr. Walker’s unattended car—for what purpose I can only guess.

UPDATE–Well, well, well … Hit a nerve, have we? Mr. Down Twinkles is unhappy and pressing the thumbs down button again.

UPDATE 2—Oh, look! Mr. Down Twinkles has some friends who also don’t like this post.

Stalking stalkers gotta stalk.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

While we’re on the subject of lies, here’s an example of one The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin has kept trying to recycle: That he has been the victim of stalking rather than a stalker himself. That patently silly claim was the subject of the TKPOTD from four years ago today.

Here’s another extract from paragraph 249 of The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s Second Amended Complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. ECF 100-1-249a

<sarc>For example, the four of us were lurking about 172 Fleet Street on the evening of 14 March, 2013, while TDPK was going about his business on the sidewalk across the street.brettatblogbashWe were clearly harassing him by participating in BlogBash 2013 when TDPK had made it abundantly clear to the venue that if we did so, he would be forced to arrange a protest demonstration.</sarc>

The use of lawfare to suppress truthful speech is sometimes referred to as the Streisand Effect. Perhaps the continued use of such lawfare even after multiple failures should be called the Kimberlin Effect.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

On 1 March, 2013, Brett Kimberlin stalked Aaron Walker and Aaron’s wife in the parking lot of the Howard County District Courthouse. Aaron was at the courthouse on the 1st to file a petition for a peace order against Bill Schmalfeldt. The hearing for the order was scheduled for 8 March. Aaron was in the courthouse again on the 8th, but the hearing was postponed because a death in Schmalfeldt’s family. Kimberlin was also at the courthouse on the 8th. He was recorded on two separate occasions cruising the parking lot, apparently looking for Aaron’s car with Virginia tags. However, Aaron had arrived in a car with Maryland plates, so Kimberlin’s search was unsuccessful. After the hearing, I posted this Pro Surveillance Tip.

Yep. That’s Brett Kimberlin driving his infamous gold Prius which would also be photographed outside of BlogBash a few days later.

Based on what happened over the next few days, it now seems that Kimberlin was attempting to serve a motion to dismiss the peace order petition on Aaron—a motion that the lawyer representing Schmalfeldt was unaware of.

Perhaps Bill Schmalfeldt really has Parkinson’s disease and, as he told Judge Grimm, suffers from dementia. That would be a reasonable explanation for his poor judgment in his selection of things to post on the Interwebz and his poor memory of what he has posted. Consider the Prevarication Du Jour from four years ago today.

A few hours ago, I noted that Breitbart Unmasked posted photographs of Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Walker taken by Brett Kimberlin while he was stalking the Walkers at the Howard County District Courthouse on 1 March, 2013. Bill Schmalfeldt was the editor of Breitbart Unmasked at the time the pictures were published. A few hours ago, the Cabin Boy™ tweeted this.@parkypundit201403010222Zwalkerandwife1walkerandwife11Here are thumbnails of the pictures that were published. There’s no question that the pictures were taken by Brett Kimberlin. He was photographed while he was taking a picture of Mrs. Walker, and there is forensic information tying the images to his iPhone. There is also no question that Bill Schmalfeldt (in his “Liberal Grouch” persona) was editor of the blog at that time. As of 12:01 am ET today, they were still on line at www.breitbartunmasked.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/walkerandwife1.jpg and www.breitbartunmasked.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/walkerandwife11.jpg.

These aren’t the greatest images, but the Breitbart Unmasked posts using them claim that they are, in fact, pictures of the Walkers.

UPDATE—The thumbnail on the right is a picture of the Walker’s car with Mrs. Walker sitting in the front seat. It was taken from a fairly low angle, suggesting someone sitting in a lower car parked in front. If you look closely, you can see that something is covering Mrs. Walker’s face. It turns out that it was an iPhone, and that she was using its camera.TDPKstalkingHer photo shows someone in a gold Prius holding an iPhone up as if to take a picture. According to the contemporaneous records, that Prius has the same tag number as the one shown in the online court database for a traffic ticket issued to Brett Kimberlin, and Brett Kimberlin was driving it.

Breitbart Unmasked, a website over which the Cabin Boy™ exercised editorial control, published the pictures in question on two occasions, tagging them as “walkerandwife1” and “walkerandwife11.” But the Cabin Boy™ says that he was not responsible. He’s right. He was irresponsible.

BTW, the links to those pictures that Brett Kimberlin took in the parking lot of the Howard County District Court House were still live on the Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Brett Unread website as of 9:30 last night.

While reviewing the Team-Kimberlin-related posts from previous 26 Novembers, this TKPOTD tickled my fancy—

* * * * *

This person was photographed in a light-colored (white or silver) Toyota Highlander parked across the street from Bobby McKeys, the venue for BlobBash, on the evening of 14 March, 2013.MuslimsGentle Reader, who do you suppose it is stalking BlogBash?

The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin had threatened that if Blogbash were held in 2013 that there would be a huge protest led by a fiery imam.

Yeah. Right.

Legal LULZ Du Jour

The Gentle Reader who has been following The Tale of <sarc>Brave</sarc> Sir Robin William for a while has probably noticed how often he claims that his adversary du jour is lying and will surely be facing perjury charges. For example, when I opposed his (later denied) motion to modify the first peace order slapped on him, he claimed to have found 24 lies in my lawyer’s opposition and tweeted this—That his motion was denied and the peace order later extended should be a hint to the Gentle Reader as to who the court found was telling the truth and who the court believed wasn’t.

Immediately after the December, 2013, hearing renewing the first peace order, The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt went to the District Court Commissioner in Westminster and filed an Application for Statement of Charges against me for perjury during the hearing. The Commissioner declined to charge me.No, the Cabin Boy’s™ arsenal includes much more than stalking and harassment. False accusations of perjury are among his many weapons. And running away in the end.
