Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

On Friday, 13 March, 2015, the peace order petition that The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin file against me was denied. The following Monday, he filed his RICO2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit which had my name tacked on to the bottom. The two defendants list just above me are a blogger named Bill Nickless and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. PNNL is a agency of the U. S. Department of Energy.

TDPK claims that Nickless and PNNL engaged in defamation and false light invasion of privacy against him. His complaint includes this allegation.RICO2 ECF 1-94This is an example of how TDPK is flailing around trying to find something to accuse some person or organization of doing to harm him—and of how silly his claims are. Does he really think that he can convince any sentient being with an above-room-temperature IQ that PNNL engaged in defamation against Brett Kimberlin in order drive traffic to pnnl.gov?pnnl_home_pagepopcorn4bkIncluding PNNL in the LOLsuit and claiming that a government agency engaged in defamation in order to drive traffic to a .gov website has got to be one of the most frivolous claims Kimberlin has ever made. This isn’t going to go well for him.

Stay tuned.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Here’s one of the allegations The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin makes against me in his Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit.RICO2 ECF-76Now, it may be that the Gentle Reader is wondering whether or not that allegation is true. It isn’t. Convicted perjurer Brett Kimberlin is lying, and here’s how you can be sure. If that allegation were true, TPDK could say it without fear of being sued for defamation. He will only make such statements in privileged settings such as court filings. Until he makes an allegation in an unprivileged venue, it won’t be unreasonable to assume that Brett Kimberlin isn’t telling the truth.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

This is from the Kimberlin v Team Themis, et al. RICO2 Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit.Themis ECF 1-58Brett Kimberlin knows that nothing in that paragraph is true, and he knows that I can prove that it is all false. Court filings are privileged against defamation claims, but saying or writing the same words in any other context would leave him wide open for a libel suit.

popcorn4bkThe Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin won’t publish those words in anything other than one of his vexatious LOLsuits, and members of Team Kimberlin who have been less careful may soon have a reason to be more concerned about …
