Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Brett Kimberlin’s first felony conviction was for perjury, and he has continued to lie in court filings and when giving sworn testimony. The TKPOTD for eight years ago cataloged one lie included in the second amended complaint of his RICO Madness LOLsuit.

RICOMadnessHere’s a flat-out lie from the Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s second amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness. It’s found in paragraph 80.ECF 100-1-80I have written a total of exactly three point zero blog posts that mention Montgomery State’s Attorney John McCarthy. None of them call on anyone to contact him. They do ask why Mr. McCarthy’s office has neglected to prosecute TDPK for perjury.

Until now, I have never actually advocated that TDPK be charged with perjury in Montgomery County. But now I do. I believe that the Montgomery State’s Attorney’s Office ought to get off their butts and file perjury charges against Brett Kimberlin before the stature of limitations runs out on some of the false testimony I believe I heard him give last year.

I’ve never advocated here at Hogewash! that anyone contact Mr. McCarthy regarding prosecution of Brett Kimberlin, and I still do not advocate such behavior. The Gentle Reader should not waste his time.

Meanwhile, if the Gentle Reader wishes to review what I have written concerning John McCarthy, he can look here, here, and here.

Forget it, Jake. It’s MoCo.

Protecting Our Elections From Voter Fraud

A not-for-profit organization has won a ruling in U. S. District Court that requires the State of Maryland to turn over voter registration data for Montgomery County. The county has more registered voters that it has citizens 18 years old or older, a situation which has obvious potential for election fraud.

BTW, the organization that sought the data was Judicial Watch. Protect Our Elections/EMPR Inc., which is headquartered in Montgomery County, Maryland, has shown no interest in investigating election fraud in the Democrat controlled county.

And in Montgomery County, Maryland …

The Hill reports that a couple of thugs assaulted a citizen who is a legal immigrant, apparently because he was wearing a MAGA hat. The attack occurred in Montgomery County, Maryland, which is a “sanctuary” county. The victim Astu Nable came from Togo in 2007. He has become a citizen and is a staunch supporter of President Trump.

“I like everything that he does. Like, I came here legally,” Nable said. “Why can’t all people come here legally then? I went through the right process, the proper channels and I’m here, so why can’t they do the same thing?”

Forget it Jake Astu. It’s Chinatown MoCo.

Free-Range Kids

Ilya Somin weighs in on the harassment of a parents who practice raising free-range kids by Montgomery County.

The bottom line is that the CPS’ actions here seem to be the result of exactly the kind of “mere disagreement” with parental choices that the Supreme Court specifically barred as a basis for overriding parents’ constitutional right to direct their children’s upbringing.

Read the whole thing.

Somin believes that the parents have a strong basis for their lawsuit. I still favor tar and feathers.
