Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

It’s been suggested that one of the reasons that The Dread Deadbeat Publisher Kimberlin set up Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Brett Unread was to try to get some control over the narrative surrounding his campaign of brass knuckles reputation management via lawfare. However, BU has done him more harm than good, in large part because of the ineptitude of the editors he has hired. The Team Kimberlin Post of the Day from four years ago today contains an example of Matt Osborne’s poorly thought out editorial choices.

One wonders what they’re thinking over at Breitbart Unmasked? Of if there’re thinking? A few days ago, a post with Xenophon’s byline went up that attempted to appropriate the Acme Law theme that I’ve been using to describe the nonsensical legal theories behind Team Kimberlin’s lawfare and apply it to Aaron Walker’s recently filed memorandum in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. lawsuit. (That’s the suit against Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar, Kimberlin Unmasked, and me that accuses us of defaming The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin by writing truthful things about him.)

Now, if Brett Kimberlin is known for anything, it’s for being convicted as the Speedway Bomber and for being the guy who lied about selling marijuana to Dan Quayle. So why, one wonders, would his propaganda website include this LooneyTunes clip in a post?

Yeah, the coyote is fiddling with nitroglycerin and TNT instead of Tovex, but still …

Speaking of Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Brett Unread, when I checked the site around 8 pm yesterday, “Langston Hews” hadn’t posted anything since the 21st.

His readership is receding as I have foreseen.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

As Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Brett Unread slowly spirals down the drain into complete irrelevance, here’s a look at one of Matt Osborne’s many feeble attempts to spread lies to support Brett Kimberlin’s false narratives. It was first published as a Bonus Prevarication Du Jour four years ago today.

Here’s another whopper from Xenophon at Breitbart Unmasked (No, I won’t link to it).BU20131223If The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin really has found a lawyer willing to represent him, that lawyer will be filing an appearance with the court, and that should appear on the docket. Soon. As of this evening, the online database for the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. lawsuit still shows Brett Kimberlin as pro se, that is, representing himself without counsel.

I suspect that Xenophon is simply lying. The post containing that statement is dated 23 December. That’s the same day that Brett Kimberlin filed his latest round of motions in the lawsuit, and they were filed pro se rather than through counsel. I’ll believe that TDPK has found a lawyer willing to risk his law license by signing on to the claims in Kimberlin’s Amended Complaint when I see his appearance in the case docket or see him show up in court.

OTOH, Xenphon’s “sources” may have told him that TDPK has a competent lawyer. If that’s the case, it may be time for a med check.

The Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin and The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt have never found lawyers willing to represent them in any of their losing LOLsuits. Indeed, the law firm dragooned into helping Schmalfeldt for free dismissed LOLsuit VII. But the victims of Team Kimberlin’s lawfare have had multiple lawyers (including several working pro bono) help them with their defenses.

A lawfare campaign like TDPK tried to execute will only work against a naive target who is unwilling to risk going to court, someone who will seek to settle. Most of the people and institutions Brett Kimberlin chose to attack were neither naive nor unwilling to defend their First Amendment rights. As an elderly knight said, “He chose … poorly,” and coming after me was his worst choice.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy? Boy Unread continues to be a colossal waste of bandwidth. I significantly increased it traffic yesterday by taking a look. (I do that so the Gentle Readers don’t have to.) As of midday yesterday, the site’s lead story was headlined ABC: Flynn Will Testify Trump Ordered Him to Contact Russians. Here’s the first paragraph.

That paragraph repeats the false story that got Brian Ross suspended without pay by ABC, and BU has not taken it down or published a correction. Of course, truthful reporting has never been one of BU’s strong suits—as the TKPOTD from two years ago today noted.

Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen—but you wouldn’t know it from reading Bretibart Unmasked Bunny Boy Unread. 57F Osborne was all hot to promote the bogus peace order petition and the false criminal charge filed against me earlier this year and The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s frivolous RICO Retread LOLsuit. He hasn’t been so keen to cover what has really happened in those cases.

Cabin Boy™ Bill Schmalfeldt has described Bretibart Unmasked Bunny Boy Unread as a “prime source for news, hearsay, lies and innuendo. Oh, yeah. Smears, too!”

Just so.

Lying liars gotta lie.

In spite of the 57F Osborne’s promise to “stay on top off” the “story” about how The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin was whoopin’ up on those Rightwing Nutjobs Hoge and Walker, it’s been a while since Aaron or I got any coverage over at Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Boy Unread. Here are the most recent articles that show up in a site search over there.BU_Hoge+WalkerYou know, it might be the lack of interesting articles that’s been causing the readership of the site to keep tanking.BU_rank_20160127

In early September, I posted the Alexa ratings for several website. Here’s how those sites and a few others were doing at the end of October (i.e., mid afternoon ET yesterday)—AlexaRankings20151031Hogewash!, TMZ, JTMP, and VRUS have maintained more or less the same rankings, and the Cabin Boy’s™ latest effort is just barely registering (as usual). Bunny Boy Unread, OTOH, has moved down significantly in the rankings which may explain the hysterical nature of some of its recent post as 57F Osborne tries to attract some attention.

Oh, and here’s something else for Bunny Boy to consider: the Alexa ranking for breitbart.com as of yesterday afternoon was 1,026.

UPDATE—After I had put this post to bed, a commenter made me aware of a series of tweets including this one:i94radio201510311711ZI‘m not surprised that Democracy Now! might have over 400,000 followers on Twitter. Amy Goodman is one of the most talented media personalities on the far left. However, I’m shocked to learn that Brad Friedman has only 11.6k followers. After all, Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, and I suddenly acquired over 100,000 new followers each on a single day back in the fall of 2013, right after Brett Kimberlin filed the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit. Twitter Support assumed that the sudden spike was an an attempt to get their automatic system to suspend our accounts. If a low-budget operation like Team Kimberlin can afford 300k spare followers, I’m surprised Brad Friedman doesn’t have more than 11.6k.

Meanwhile, The Bradcast appears to be the lowest-rated program in its time-slot in its market, a distinction I never had while working in radio in Nashville.

If there’s one theme common to all of Team Kimberlin’s media efforts, it’s their persistent abject failure in the marketplace of ideas.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Here’s a marvelous bit of nonsense from The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s omnibus opposition to most of the motions to dismiss his Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit. It compares the defendants to James Bond and the Mafia.ECF 74-p2

Talk about projection! It’s Team Kimberlin that thinks they’re Internet super spies sleuthing out information on nefarious Right Wing Nut Jobs. Of course, they’re something quite different in reality.

The Gentle Reader may remember some of the Cabin Boy’s™ epic failures as an investigator. This past spring, he went on and on about discovering a soooper sekrit zombie website, but the site turned out to be a honeypot, and his reaction to it yielded information useful to the defendants in Schmalfeldt’s various bogus lawsuits. He got suckered again by the zombies just a few days ago.

Bunny Boy and the other hangers on at Breitbart Unmasked are moderately less clumsy, but managed to join with the Cabin Boy™ flailing around in the search for the original Kimberlin Unmasked. At one time or another, the original KU was positively identified as Aaron Walker, Jeff Dunetz, Dan Collins, Dustyn Hughes, Patrick Frey, Kender MacGowan, me, and several others. Accuracy and strong investigative skills are not BU‘s strong suits.

popcorn4bkTeam Kimberlin’s inability to gather data from open sources and their incompetence in penetrating only moderately secure online systems is clearly a source of frustration for TDPK. You can see that in the wildly inappropriate and staggeringly useless things he sought during discovery in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance LOLsuit and in the mind-numbingly wasteful discovery he’s pursuing in the RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit.

If I wasn’t having to deal with his nonsense as a defendant, I’d probably find it more amusing.
