Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

In early September, I posted the Alexa ratings for several website. Here’s how those sites and a few others were doing at the end of October (i.e., mid afternoon ET yesterday)—AlexaRankings20151031Hogewash!, TMZ, JTMP, and VRUS have maintained more or less the same rankings, and the Cabin Boy’s™ latest effort is just barely registering (as usual). Bunny Boy Unread, OTOH, has moved down significantly in the rankings which may explain the hysterical nature of some of its recent post as 57F Osborne tries to attract some attention.

Oh, and here’s something else for Bunny Boy to consider: the Alexa ranking for breitbart.com as of yesterday afternoon was 1,026.

UPDATE—After I had put this post to bed, a commenter made me aware of a series of tweets including this one:i94radio201510311711ZI‘m not surprised that Democracy Now! might have over 400,000 followers on Twitter. Amy Goodman is one of the most talented media personalities on the far left. However, I’m shocked to learn that Brad Friedman has only 11.6k followers. After all, Aaron Walker, Stacy McCain, and I suddenly acquired over 100,000 new followers each on a single day back in the fall of 2013, right after Brett Kimberlin filed the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance lawsuit. Twitter Support assumed that the sudden spike was an an attempt to get their automatic system to suspend our accounts. If a low-budget operation like Team Kimberlin can afford 300k spare followers, I’m surprised Brad Friedman doesn’t have more than 11.6k.

Meanwhile, The Bradcast appears to be the lowest-rated program in its time-slot in its market, a distinction I never had while working in radio in Nashville.

If there’s one theme common to all of Team Kimberlin’s media efforts, it’s their persistent abject failure in the marketplace of ideas.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

I suspect a great deal of Team Kimberlin’s pique stems from jealousy. No matter how hard they try, the can’t develop any real traction on the Internet. Meanwhile, part-time blogs like Hogewash! attract a larger and more engaged following than any of Team Kimberlin’s efforts.

Here’s a comparison of the reader involvement between Breitbart Unmasked and Hogewash!. It was taken from Alexa around 8 pm yesterday evening. Note that BU was only Team Kimberlin site with enough traffic to have such data.

Here’s the data for BU:Alexa_BU_20150924Here’s the data for Hogewash!:Alexa_Hogewash_20150924

Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors who leave a site without doing anything such as leaving a comment or clicking on a link. 72 % of my visitors do something when they get to the site. It may be only clicking on a link, but they have some engagement. Only 23 % of BU‘s visitors do anything other than leave. That roughly 3-to-1 ratio also holds for the number of page views per visitor. The really big difference is in the average times spent on the sites. Clearly, BU‘s visitors mostly take a quick look and then go away.

Maybe BU really should change its name to Bunny Boy Unread.

Prevarication Du Jour

Matt Osborne has published a blatantly false and defamatory article over at Breitbart Unmasked (safe link) titled William Hoge Stalking A Teenager For His Conspiracy Theory. This paragraph is among the most egregious.BU20150304

Mrs. Kimberlin’s Application for Statement of Charges (available here) does not allege anything about a bomb factory or BDSM. Osborne’s assertions are utter rubbish. More important, they are lies.

The list of additional false statement in the post includes, but is not limited to—

That I have stalked Kelsie Kimberlin.
That I have taken any action with respect to Ms. Kimberlin’s music career.
That the process server employed by my lawyer was sent to photograph Brett Kimberlin.

Matt Osborne owes the truth to what few readers he has. He needs to back up the assertions in William Hoge Stalking A Teenager For His Conspiracy Theory with documentary evidence or he must retract them and apologize. He should do so not later than midnight Saturday Eastern Time.

Finally, because Breitbart Unmasked does not publish a snail mail address, I hereby notify Breitbart Unmasked and Matt Osborne that they should preserve all documents, records, files, etc., relating to me personally, the Hogewash! blog, Brett Kimberlin, and/or Kelsie Kimberlin that may be in their possession or under their control.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Here’s a request for production of documents that the Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin doesn’t want to honor in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. nuisance suit.InterrogReBUOn of TDPK’s alleged causes of action against me is the fact that I have Applications for Statement of Charges and peace order petitions against him based on evidence that he is one of the users of the @Breitbartunmask Twitter account and the actual beneficial owner of the Breitbart Unmasked website. This from his amended complaint in the Kimberlin v. Walker, et al. suit.BKvAW2013 FAC-46If he has never had any communication with Breitbart Unmasked, all he would have to do is say so. Of course, that would then raise the question of how the picture TDPK took of Aaron Walker and his wife at the Howard County District Courthouse on 1 March, 2013, got published on Breitbart Unmasked that very afternoon.

I’m tempted to write that I wonder what TDPK is trying to hide, but that’s not completely true.

Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Xenophon (the Troll) made a bunch of New Year’s predictions over at Breitbart Unmasked (No, I won’t link to ’em.).BU20131231

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin seems very much fixated on finding the identity of Kimberlin Unmasked. One wonders what the exact reason might be, but I suspect that it’s jealousy. The Kimberlin Unmasked website and Twitter accounts have done an marvelous job of skewering TDPK with humor, whereas the various Team Kimberlin sites … well, if you can’t say something nice … you may be talking about Team Kimberlin.

I don’t know the identity of Kimberlin Unmasked, and I doubt that any of the members of Team Kimberlin know who he/she/they KU is/are. The rumors Team Kimberlin have tried to circulate range from silly to downright wacko, as you can see above.

Actually, the best rumor I’ve heard is that Kimberlin Unmasked is Neal Rauhauser and that he started the accounts because he got upset when a check from the Bermuda bank bounced.

But there’s probably nothing to it.

Brazen or Delusional? I Report. You Decide.

Brietbart Unmasked (no, I won’t link to them), a web site believed to be affiliated with Brett Kimberlin, has posted it’s take on Senator Chambliss’ call for an investigation of the Swatting of conservative bloggers. In what appears to be either a brazen attempt to appear confident or a delusional disregard of reality, they say this:

Red State blogger and CNN contributor, Erick Erickson posted on his website that he and his family were victims of an attempted SWaT-ting. Another conservative blogger who said he was SWaT-ed was James [sic] Frey a blogger at the site Patterico’s Pontifications.

BU welcomes this investigation which will finally prove once and for all what liars these right wingers have been. The hope is that Eric Holder will find out that its all been a bunch of right wing bullshit aimed at destabilizing liberals, and that those responsible for spreading these malicious lies and falsehoods such as John [sic] “Patterico” Frey and others will finally pay the price for it. This field of nightmares has got to end badly for those responsible for spreading the hate as a revenge tactic by Aaron Justin Walker, Patterico, and others in the Breitbart orbit who have been guilty of spreading these seemingly never ending series of lies. I would recommend that they start with Patterico and then move on over to Robert Stacy McCain who has claimed he had to go into hiding over it; which one wonders if he is hiding because his handlers at the Bureau forced him to relocate due to some ongoing right wing hate investigation in which he is informing for them, or if he just left town so he could milk all the suckers out of their money to live rent free. Either way it is about time that someone seriously looked into these bullshit lies the right wing breitbots have been spreading around.

Uh, huh.
