It was a bit more than a year ago that the Orion spacecraft was launched on a 25-day excursion to lunar orbit and return home. This picture of Earth was taken a bit more than an hour after the Artemis I mission was launched. Sometime after November, 2024, the Artemis II mission will launch with a crew of 4 for a second lunar orbital mission.
