This has shown up in the Maryland Judiciary Case Search docket for the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit that Aaron Walker has filed as a countersuit against The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin:TDPK wants a protective order? For what? The case hasn’t proceeded to discovery yet. Looking at the schedule on the docket, the only thing that should have happened so far is the so-called “Meeting of ALL Counsel,” but that’s simply to exchange proposed settlement offers. There’s a deadline this week for the determination of whether the suit can go to mediation. Does TDPK think that he needs to be protected from a settlement agreement or from mediation?
What is he afraid of?
