People in government already use tax dollars from taxpayers to retain power in government.
The next logical step down this path is people in government using the labor of the masses against the masses: Declare an “emergency”, impose command of production and disbursement of all food and housing.
Then:
“Do what we say, or you won’t get any food.”
“Do what we say, or you can sleep in the ditch.”
Which was pretty much their attitude for anyone who didn’t buy off on their covid “emergency” proclamations.
