It’s the first paragraph of his letter to Judge Hazel asking for him to rule on his motion to disqualify Paul Alan Levy from representing Ace of Spades in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.There’s a reason why the motion was never ruled upon. It was never accepted by the Court. The Clerk returned it to TDPK who never bothered to do what was necessary to properly refile it.
