There have been times when Brett Kimberlin has filed such improper court papers in his various LOLsuits that the defendants have sought to have them stricken. Occasionally, he’s gone so out of bound that a judge has stricken one Kimberlin’s filings without being asked. The TKPOTD for seven years ago today took note of a filing that was so bad that the defendant asked that be kept in the record as evidence of Kimberlin’s bad faith.

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has been filing some mind-bogglingly stupid court papers as he flails around trying to keep too many cases going against too many adverse parties at once. Some have been so bizarre that Aaron Walker and I have begun asking the courts not to strike them but to allow them to be preserved on the docket as a record of TDPK’s outrageous bad faith.
