The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has failed to properly serve Judge Hazel with a copy of his petition for writ of mandamus seeking to have the protective order in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit compromised.

Of course, that’s only one, and perhaps the least, of the errors in his petition.
