One of causes of many of Team Kimberlin’s legal problems was that they all seemed to suffer simultaneously from a Sense of Entitlement compounded with Delusions of Adequacy. Thus, when held accountable for pirating copyrighted material, Bill Schmalfeldt would invariably bluster about his “rights” and how his opponent was obliged to meet his demands. Nine years ago today, I warned him It Doesn’t Work the Way He Thinks.

The Cabin Boy™ is big on making demands.Well, yes, I will have to prove the allegations that I’ve made to the court. To. The. Court. I don’t have to prove anything to The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt™. He can yammer all he pleases online, but he won’t get any response from me. All my substantive communication with him will be through the court and related legal processes.

It turned out that everything proceeded as I had foreseen.
He always was big on demands and orders. Seemed to live his life in imperative voice. I can just about see him in front of the toaster in the morning “Toast!”
He’s the poster child for the Dunning-Kruger syndrome as applied to potency and competence.
“Needs”
Heh.
He seems to have melted into the woodwork and I don’t miss him at all.
I wonder if he has learned anything at all, this last decade?
On second thought, if he couldn’t learn anything in his first however many decades, id be very surprised if he decided to start now.
Demotivators should use a picture of him for a “Maybe you exist to be a warning to others” or a “Perhaps your purpose in life is to be an example to others of what not to do” poster.
You can still find him if you really want to.
He can
runwaddle, but he can’t hide.“If. If is good.”
