The TKPOTD for two years ago today took note of Brett Kimberlin’s motion to the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit asking them to dragoon a lawyer to give him freebie legal representation in one of his Speedway Bomber appeals.

Brett Kimberlin is trying to get some of his Speedway Bomber convictions set aside via an appeal to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He wants the court to assign a lawyer to handle his case for free.

Well, it’s certainly true that a qualified lawyer would do an infinitely better job than The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin in presenting an ethical case to the court

I’m keeping an eye on this case.

The Seventh Circuit denied his motion and denied his appeal. The Supreme Court denied his petition for certiorari. Brett Kimberlin is still the Speedway Bomber.

And he and his Team Kimberlin buddies have sold a lot of popcorn for me.
