Brett Kimberlin bragged about filing “over a hundred” lawsuits. He doesn’t brag about how many he’s won. IIRC, he’s lost every suit he’s filed over the decade Hogewash! has been blogging about him. Of all Kimberlin’s frivolous suits, the one reported in the INMTUYK from seven years ago today is probably the worst.

Of course, Kimberlin didn’t have standing to sue the senators for exercising their authority to block the Merrick Garland nomination, and Judge Haze dismissed the case on his own initiative.

OTOH, if Garland had made it to the Supreme Court, Kimberlin might have got a hearing on his attempt to quash some of his Speedway Bomber convictions.
