The resolution to expel Gloria Johnson (D-Knox County) from the Tennessee House of Representatives for her misbehavior on the House floor has failed.

The House is now considering a resolution to expel Justin Pearson (D-Memphis) for his behavior during the same incident that resulted in the expulsion of Justin Jones earlier today.
