First the bad news: The performance (on and off the job) of Biden administration diversity hires has been so poor that many people now know that the Department of Energy has a deputy assistant secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition or know who the Secretary of Transportation is.

Now the good news: Those failures are attracting attention to various sinecures in the federal bureaucracy that have been underperforming or actually detrimental to the nation.
