  1. “Government” is just other people.

“Government” can be a useful method for arranging living standards and physical establishments – utilities, schools, roads, protection, justice, and the defense of all of the above. But “government” is not some ethereal entity, like a god, that wills good things into existance, though many of the people who are in government would like others to think of government that way (Nancy Pelosi). After all is said and done, and a government is set into place, that government is still just other people.

A free people, each individual with freedom of will and freedom of choice, can choose, individually, to take part in choosing which other people are in a government and how that government is implemented.

We as a people should be able to select the government we want. If government becomes imposed upon us, then we are simply slaves to the government, slaves to other people. If some people want to choose to be slaves in such a way, I guess they should be free to do so. But others should not be allowed to force everyone else to be slaves.

“Communism” is the opposite of individual freedom.

“Communism” requires adherence to the state, which is other people. If everyone doesn’t join in the effort, then communism doesn’t work. If people are forced to join in the effort against their will, the only way to get them in line is by force. At that point they become slaves to the state, slaves to other people, physical slaves to the ideological concept of communism.

Communism requires slavery to other people.
