It was nine years ago today that I received this SWATting threat after publishing a post about the Executive Director of Brett Kimberlin’s Justice Through Music Project not-for-profit.The person falsely pretending to be The Lonely Conservative didn’t follow through on his threat, and he probably thinks he’s home free from being held accountable. Well, it turns out that a couple of the offenses that could be charged have no statute of limitations.

It might be wise for certain persons to avoid being found in Maryland.
