In the past, almost every soldier participating in inaugural activities has worn either the Army’s Blue uniform or one other the other so-called Class-A uniforms, the old green uniform back in my day. All the soldiers I’ve seen in news coverage of the run up to the Inauguration seem to be wearing the Army Combat Uniform.
Are these soldiers part of a celebration of democracy or a show of force or what?
There will probably be some brass and lower-ranked people appearing in their blues, but it’s important to remind people of the military force the new Commander-in-Thief can call upon, which means combat uniforms.
I’ll take “What is the 4th Reich” for $400, William.
The latter, but apparently they’re a show of force on behalf of white supremacy and will probably assassinate President Xiden, assuming you put any stock in the insane ravings of the Democrats. Which would be really, really dumb.
