As Some of the Dust Settles

It will be a few days or weeks before we know whether Joe Biden’s “most extensive and inclusive voter fraud” has flipped enough states to hand him the Presidential election. While the Democrat’s operation has been extensive and inclusive, it hasn’t been stealthy. It’s been an in-your-face exercise of raw power by overtly corrupt election officials and their enablers. Too many people have seen how the sausage is being made, enough that I expect that effective steps will be taken to improve election security and integrity before the 2024 election cycle.

The Democrats may win the presidential battle, but they probably have lost the overall campaign. As a result of the unexpectedly good performance by Republicans up and down the ballots, the Republicans will have even more control of the state legislatures that will be redrawing Congressional districts. That won’t be good for House Democrats in 2022. The Republicans will still control the Senate, providing a firewall against most of the Democrat’s legislative wish list—especially court packing. And the federal judiciary now has a significantly higher proportion of judges who are committed to following the Constitution.

If Biden “wins,” I suspect Harris will be a failed one-term President.

  1. McConnell has already signaled that he will cut deals. The real concern is what President Harris would do through executive orders.
