Indeed. That’s why they are running with Biden. If he wins, they’re gonna 25th Amendment his ass out as soon as they think it’s politically feasible.
This isn’t quite right. If Biden is “President,” someone will present him papers, and, tell him to sign them. That person will be the de facto President. That person simply will not be Kamala Harris. Any 25th Amendment movement will be a power struggle between those that back the de facto President, who, importantly, will fill the Cabinet, and, those who want
