Don’t Know Much Biology

Yesterday, the Supreme Court held in Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia and R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes Inc. v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that  federal employment law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of “sex” protects gay and transgender employees.

Are the Majority of the Supreme Court science deniers? Or do words no longer have meaning?

Humpty Dumpty was unavailable for comment.

  1. Yet another penumbra emanates from our self-appointed moral and intellectual superiors.

Evidently it does depend “on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is.”

  2. At least we’re not doing what the hateful leftists did in Canada. Their ironically-named “Human Rights Tribunal” enabled a sick immigrant-hater to drag a bunch of immigrant Sikhs into court because they refused to touch his genitals for money.

I don’t know the precise right way to navigate these personal and cultural issues. But we’ve seen the awful way Canada has handled it, and we must steadfastly refuse to go that route.
