It looks as if two or three of the Democrat vanity candidates have reached the end of their willingness to spend time and money running for President. Michael Bennet, Andrew Yang and, possibly, Tom Steyer are pulling the plug on their campaigns.
As I type this, Bernie is a bit ahead of Mayor Pete, but the two of them together have less than 50 percent of the votes. Biden is in fifth place and well on his way to losing the nomination as he did in 1988 and 2008.
I was considering putting another bag of popcorn in the microwave, but things are so close to proceeding exactly as I have foreseen that I think I’ll go to bed early tonight.
