Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Unread was originally hosted on an off shore server, but it was eventually moved on to US-based hosting. It stayed there for several years until it was hit with a DMCA notice. The hosting service informed BU that the site would be taken down unless a counter notice was filed. Because a counter notice would have to include the name and address of a person who could accept service of process for BU, the site was moved back off shore. The TKPOTD for three years ago today took note of BU’s cowardice.

This week certainly was interesting.
The Cabin Boy™ flailed around trying to get something to stick to me and wound up publishing a copy of a Hogewash! post at
Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Unread. You might have thought that the loss of multiple sites to DMCA notices would have made him more careful, but he really is almost cohermpletely uneducable. The DCMA notice I filed resulted in Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Unread having to chose between obeying the law or fleeing off shore. The site is now hosted in Iceland.
Meanwhile, Judge Hecker has granted my motion for an order requiring The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin to show cause why he should not be found in contempt for failing to obey the court’s order compelling answers to discovery interrogatories in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit. The hearing is set for 17 March, the second anniversary of the dismissal of the Kimberlin v. National Bloggers Club, et al. RICO Madness LOLsuit. That’s also the day that the last bit of paperwork related to the motions for summary judgment is due to Judge Hazel in the follow-on Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit.
Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.

BU is still hosted on an off shore server. It’s moved to the same server in the Netherland’s that hosts the empr dot media and greencasamaryland dot org sites.h
Meanwhile, there are still some pending issues with BU and Team Kimberlin. I’m not done with them yet, but so far, it’s been in my interest to let certain things play out naturally.
