Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

One of the running gags in the pointage, laughery, and mockification of Team Kimberlin’s lawfare has been the assumption that they have been buying their legal advice from the same Acme that sells all those wonderful gadgets to a certain coyote. Whether that true or not, it’s a plausible explanation for their mind-boggling misunderstand of legal principles. West wind 5 to 10 mph. Tonight, a 50 percent chance of snow, mainly before 2am. Cloudy, with a low around 17. Southwest wind around 10 mph.
