Yesterday’s TKPOTD took a look at the ravings Texas Tim, one of the sock puppet commenters at Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Unread. Today, we’ll look at a comment made by another sock Roger S. Roger S claims to be a lawyer, but his legal analysis is completely wacko. This comment appeared the day after The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin file his RICO Madness LOLsuit.
While reading that comment, I’d have LMAOed if I hadn’t been one of the defendants in the case. OTOH, that comment confirmed how far Kimberlin’s perceptions of his case were skewed from reality. Just like everything else posted by RogerS, the comment didn’t age well.
Instead, everything proceeded as I had foreseen.

RICO cases are hard to defend against. Right. In reality RICO cases are generally very hard to win. Ask Popehat.
Civil RICO cases rarely even survive motions to dismiss. Or so the NYT says, at the very first result, when you google “civil RICO claims.”
