Essentially all of Team Kimberlin websites wind up being poorly keep up if not completely abandoned. The first site that I noticed going fallow was the Bloggers Offense Fund site that earned Brett Kimberlin his Dread Pirate nickname. I wrote about his lack of attention to that sire six years ago today in a post titled Dread Pirate #BrettKimberlin’s Paperwork Trail.

Those Gentle Readers who have been following the Saga of The Dread Pirate Kimberlin here at Hogewash! for the past three months will remember that he acquired the title after he created a pirate-themed website for the Bloggers Offense Team. (No, I won’t link to it.) One of the pages on that site is called DOCUMENTS which says that it “will highlight all the documents that The Bloggers Defense Team will not produce …”
It’s empty. Now, why is that? One explanation might be that Hogewash! has been quick to publish TDPK’s court filings and related documents as soon as possible after they become publicly available.
OTOH, it is interesting that TDPK seems to have passed sealed document on to First Mate Neal Rauhauser and Cabin Boy Bill Schmalfeldt for publication rather than using the Bloggers Offense Team site.

Meanwhile, it’s been over a month since the Protect Our Elections website was updated, and more than six months have passed without any new material at the Justice Through Music Project site.
Dread Deadbeat Publisher Kimberlin has never had effective control of the narratives he’s tried to spin. Perhaps he’s finally figuring that out.
