I’m cooking the turkey on the grill today using mesquite charcoal. I like the taste. Cooking outdoors reduces the traffic in the kitchen. And it’s relatively safe.

Kind of lame. Could have been done much better with more safety tips.
I smoked my 25 lb turkey yesterday for 8 hrs using hickory (I like the taste) in my Texas style smoker. And it has been in the roaster overnight to finish it off.
Would have been easier to just shoot it with a phaser. If a phaser can make a rock radiate heat, it should be able to cook a turkey.
