The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin would string together some of the sillies lies to try to fill out the false narratives in his LOLsuits. The TKPOTD from three years ago today dealt with one of the whoppers in this RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit.

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin has me confused with another William Hoge. He put this in a recent filing in his Kimberlin v. Team Themis, et al. RICO 2: Electric Boogaloo LOLsuit.
He must have me confused with my late father, who was a Special Agent in the U. S. Army Counter Intelligence Corps during World War II. He was involved in investigative work in the U. S. during the first part of the war, and he commanded a Counter Intelligence Team attached to the 66th Infantry Division in Europe. (Military Intelligence was not a separate branch back then. My father was commissioned in the Infantry, and he was the only infantry officer to accept the surrender of a German submarine, but that’s another story.) After the war, his CIC team was involved in rounding up Nazis. He continued to serve in the Army Reserve until the late ’60s and transferred to Military Intelligence when it became a separate branch.
I was commissioned in the Signal Corps, and while I worked closely with SIGINT guys from time to time, I was never a part of Military Intelligence. I’ve had various security clearances as a soldier or as an engineer working on government programs, but I’ve never been a spook.
TDPK is either very confused or hallucinating or lying. Or perhaps all three.

Wow. bill Mathews, KGYN and Steckline Communications employee, who is really Bill Schmalfeldt, subject of 13 restraining orders, is opining on false accusations. This is a man who accused several men of child molestation and stalking, another man of being a meth head, another man of prostitution, and a woman of abusing her grandchild….WITH NO EVIDENCE. He accused two parents of abusing their kids and turned them into several state and federal agencies, even though he had no evidence, just thought that a toddler, a TODDLER, looked dirty in some photos. He accused the man of being a pimp and his wife of being a prostitute.
And, yet, Bill Mathews, aka Bill Schmalfeldt, of KGYN Steckline Communications, was “credibly accused” of rape by his cousin, Roy. Bill sued Roy for libel, then suddenly dropped the lawsuit WITH PREJUDICE. He lost the suit. HE VOLUNTARILY LOST A CASE AGAINST SOMEONE WHO ACCUSED HIM OF RAPE.

Oh no he got me. For all of my enlistment in the navy except for boot camp and “A” school my commanding officers or the officers I was directly supporting were ex-military attaché i.e. legal spy’s.
