Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

These TKPOTDs post just after midnight ET, so I assume that most of the Gentle Readers in many time zones don’t view the posts until later because they’re asleep at time of night. OTOH, some may be up late because they are having trouble getting to sleep and read the posts as they are published. As the TKPOTD from five years ago today shows, globalpharma dot biz would have been willing to help such people get some shut eye.

Ambien is a trade name for the drug zolpidem. It is a short-acting hypnotic used to induce sleep. Zolpidem has a potential for abuse in recreational use when the drug is taken to achieve a “high.” Recreational users report that resisting the drug’s hypnotic effects can elicit vivid visuals and a body high. Users report decreased anxiety, mild euphoria, perceptual changes, visual distortions, and hallucinations. Chronic users of high doses are more likely to develop physical dependence on the drug. This may cause severe withdrawal symptoms, including seizures, if withdrawal is abrupt. It is a Schedule IV prescription drug. globalpharma dot biz offered to sell it to me without a prescription.ambien10globalpharma dot biz operates on the same Holland-based server as several Kimberlin-related sites and uses unmaskedhosting dot com as its name server. It’s been reported that for a brief period on 17 August, connections to globalpharma dot biz were being redirected to breitbartunmasked dot com.

  1. I’m in your time zone, I’m just a night owl. Always have been.

As for Ambien, I don’t like it. After surgery I was given Dilaudid to ‘help me sleep’. The kept me wide awake for 4 straight hours and a bit. Then they gave me Ambien. Took me an hour to fall asleep. Oxycodone eventually did the job.
