One of the reasons The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin’s lawfare has failed so utterly is his inability to present a coherent case. Not only is he a bad liar, but he sometimes presented exhibits which failed to support (or even contradicted) his narratives. The TKPOTD from four years ago deals with one example.

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin is really a very bad liar. Consider this whopper from his opposition to my motion to dismiss in the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness.
That’s not only false—it’s easily proven false. All the Gentle Reader has to do is go here and read the letter to see for himself. While it does state that he appears to be at the center of the controversy, the letter does not accuse TDPK of SWATting. Similarly, it does not say that he should be imprisoned, but does suggest that his parole be evaluated.
TDPK has included the URL of my blog post with the letter in the various versions of his complaint. That allows someone to easily see that Kimberlin is misrepresenting the letter’s contents. Not a smart move. Still, it’s better than some of his filings where he has included exhibits that contradict his allegations.

Doesn’t matter if Brett Kimberlin, The Speedway Bomber, lies to and in Maryland courts.
Doesn’t matter if Brett Kimberlin, convicted perjurer, submits false documents in the form of diddled mail service receipts to the Maryland courts.
Doesn’t matter if Brett Kimberlin refuses to pay Maryland court ordered sanctions/fines.
No harm no foul.
But don’t try this at home, folks; Leave it to the Professionals.
Unless, of course, you want to do it with a FISA court.
