  2. I really like the style of this opposition. It strikes me as something like, “How dare you waste my clients’ time and money with your unconstitutional bullshit? Shove your worthless case, and shove your cheesy delaying tactics!”

      Aside from the sheer competence at (a) English and (b, I hope) law, brevity alone suggests Aaron Walker did not write this.
