I’ve often remarked that The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin is a liar. He also cheats, and an obvious example of his cheating his the way he has diddled with service of court papers in his various failed attempts at lawfare. The TKPOTD from three years ago today cites several examples.

Yesterday, Stacy McCain filed his reply to The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s opposition to Stacy’s motion to dismiss the Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RCIO Madness for lack of proper service of process. McCain is not the only defendant TDPK has tried to jack around on service of process.
This is the opening paragraph of my motion to dismiss TDPK’s first amended complaint …… and this is from my motion to dismiss his second amended complaint.
OK, I can hear the Gentle Readers wondering why I bothered to file my motions to dismiss (and other paperwork) rather than simply ignoring the suit until I was properly served.
That’s a fair question that deserves an answer.
First, I have always wanted the suit dealt with as expeditiously as possible. I’ve done what I can to keep things moving.
Second, Kimberlin has a history of diddling with service and then trying to get a default judgment. Look at what happened to Seth Allen in 2011. Look at what he tried to do to in the Kimberlin Unmasked copyright suit. Look at what he’s trying to do to Stacy McCain, Ali Akbar, and National Bloggers Club. I didn’t want to be any part of that kind of fight.
Things haven’t moved as quickly as I wished, but they are moving.
Tick, tock.

Yes, it took longer than I wished, but in the end, everything proceeded as I had foreseen.

I hear that’s not all he diddles.
Unfortunately for him, TDPK is nowhere near as smart and wily as he believes himself to be while he’s busy wreaking havoc on his (many) enemies. As a matter of fact, he’s probably not noticeably above average. That is, however, enough to allow him to keep stringing Schmaldtfelt along.
It’s easy for an average individual to manipulate a bunch of followers if the followers have an even lower IQ than they do.
