Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Neither The Dread Deadbeat Pro-Se Kimberlin nor The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt have won a single civil case they’ve filed since the beginning of 2012. (That includes TDPK’s LOLsuits against Home Depot and Senators McConnell and Grassley.) They really should have taken the advice offered in the TKPOTD from three years ago today.

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin is supposed to have his omnibus opposition to all the motions to dismiss his Kimberlin v. The Universe, et al. RICO Madness filed not later than close of business tomorrow. My codefendant Stacy McCain may have suggested the best strategy for TDPK going forward.StacyCivilInsanity

Tick, tock.

UPDATE—I have to admit that I got the idea for this post from Kimberlin Unmasked.

Of course, the Cabin Boy™ did try to plead diminished mental capacity once upon a time, but he decided not to when he found out that the plea would result in his being taken away for an immediate psych evaluation. Since he was claiming that his diminished capacity was a result of his Parkinson’s disease, that would have required a evaluation of his neurological condition.

  1. I don’t know which was more dumb. Schmalfeldt trying to plead insanity or Schmalfeldt covering the Roy Moore story and being disgusted about Alabama Republicans when his pedophile pal Brett Kimberlin is an underage child bride shopper?

I guess this is why Schmalfeldt became a “staff writer” because covering Roy Moore with his own byline would bring too much attention on Brett Kimberlin and his hypocrisy. In Bill’s relationship with Brett Kimberlin wouldn’t he be the Alabama Republicans?

Unless I’ve missed Kimberlin attempting to do so, should we give Kimberlin some credit for not trying to fund-raise on Roy Moore?

    • Also:

I dare Mr. Schmalfeldt to explain in depth in a blog post or news article how his supportive friendship with Kimberlin isn’t him acting just like Alabama Republicans as how he describes and views them.

  2. I always found it queer that when Stolen Valor Schmalfeldt had an opportunity to PROVE he had Parkinson’s and wasn’t faking it, he turned tail and fled.

Wonder what he was so worried about?

    • Besides his entire schtick crumbling around him – officially? I think he was afraid that they would actually find he was nuts, but not because of his Fakinson’s. He was close to an involuntary committal (IMHO Bill, can’t sue me). That was a chance he couldn’t take. It would give his self-created “enemies” too much ammunition. Not like we need any more, but that admission would have been nice.

  3. Fat (quite possibly drunk), disgusting, stupid, and ignorant is no way to go through life, nor to write political commentary.
