Why Is The Cabin Boy™ Hiding?

Parties to a court action are required to keep the court informed of their current contact information, including their addresses. The Cabin Boy™ has a history of failing to live up to that obligation, so it’s not surprising that he hasn’t informed the U. S. District Court for the District of South Carolina (where he filed his Schmalfeldt v. Grady, et al. LOLsuit VIII: Avoiding Contact) of his present whereabouts. Here’s how PACER reported the case docket as of 12:30 ET this afternoon. The last change of address notice on the PACER docket is for his move to Ocean Blvd. in Myrtle Beach. He has moved again since then.

I wonder if The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt knows what he’s really hiding from.

Or how ineffectively he’s doing it.

    • It was the summons for Patrick Grady. He had already appeared in the case when our lawyer filed our motions to dismiss. If the Cabin Boy™ had pointed out that service was no longer required, several hundred dollars worth of expense could have been avoided. When the case is dismissed, it is possible that the court will order Schmalfeldt to pay for the costs incurred the U.S. Marshals Service serving the defendants.

  1. He’s in hiding because that is what all good rape apologists do when their hypocrisy is pointed out. Schmalfeldt, an accused rapist himself, has been slut shaming the woman who has photographic evidence of Sen. Franken groping her while she was asleep. Turns out there was another woman he was very aggressive with. And today we find out about a third woman who had her ass groped by Franken while he was a Senator. Wonder if Bill is hiding in shame for because he knows deep down what a giant pile of human garbage he is? Hell, he’s already legally admitted that calling him a rappist is a true statement. How much lower can he really go?

  2. I personally hope the case is allowed to precede, namely because bill has panted himself into a corner and has no idea he has done so. His pass actions will bite him in his ample posterior, South Carolina is not Maryland.

  3. The best part? The Diminished Capacity Kid made quite of show of pointing out to the Court that his most recent change of address notification would be his last.

    Turns out not so much.
