RICO Remnant LOLsuit Appeal News

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin did file a sealed version of an informal opening brief in his appeal of the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit, and he filed a motion with the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals to unseal his brief.

However, the court’s instructions required that he also file a redacted version for the public docket, and he failed to do so. He’s been given one week to fix his mistake.

The court has also denied his motion to unseal the sealed version of his brief.

Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.

  1. Maybe the courts are treating him with kid gloves because he is as tall as a prepubescent 8 year old…

Looks ( in height, anyway) like a kid, whines like a baby, files legal stuff that appears to be concocted by a really dumb kid…

Only reason I can see for the courts to legally wipe his nose like a snotty five year old.

  2. He just doesn’t seem to get it and thinks that flinging himself bodily against this particular brick wall is eventually going to cause it to come crashing down. The Kool-Aid man he is not, that’s for darned certain.

It’s quite amusing to watch him try to pull the same trick over and over again and him walking away with a bloody nose and/or headache every time.

The court said NOPE. Deal with it, short stuff.
