Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

One of the defenses that the Kimberlins raised in the recent Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. trial was that their favorable verdict in the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. case shielded them via res judicata. One of Judge Hecker’s findings was that res judicata did not apply because I was not a party in the Walker lawsuit. The importance of that finding will become more apparent as things go on.

  1. While I hate that you spend the amount of your life dealing with these assholes as you do, the lack of knowledge pertaining to a court room displayed by Team Kimberlin is appalling. He should have as least earned a JD by now, as much as he has sued people. That he displays such ineptitude is a testament to his stupidity. And he is wee. Dreadful combination.
