Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Wow! The Cabin Boy™ has gone full CNN. Or did CNN go full Schmalfeldt?

Whatever.

The Dreadful Pro-Se Schmalfeldt has been wasting time that he could have been using to prepare for his show cause hearing on 21 August and his defense for the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. trial that begins the same day.

BTW, there’s another hearing scheduled sooner in that case. T-minus 8 days and counting.

  1. And just like CNN, he’s going to suffer the same ridicule for his overwhelming stupidity.

He doesn’t seem to care about anything but his failure of a case.

He’s chosen very poorly in his ongoing battles.

  2. In all likelihood, he’ll have another restraining order hearing to prepare for, as well.

Why have 9 when you can have 10?

      • Not quite. She was paroled to the care of her parents in California on May 26th. They booted her on June 25th, so she had to return to Colorado, according to the terms of her parole.

She’s got an appeal coming up in August. As I understand it, she was prohibited from writing about private individuals on the Internet for ten years, and is contesting that portion of her parole terms.

        • Dang. Well, I’m only two months behind on the Deb Frisch news. And has been noted, the really sad part was that the authorities only really got involved when she started going after them. Private citizens? Meh.

          • Her last ( and lengthy) conviction and incarceration was a result of her debut idiocy, screwing with Jeff Goldstein. OTOH, Weld County, CO ain’t Maryland.

          • It would seem that she never stopped her debut idiocy, going after Jeff and his family the entire damn time except when she couldn’t get on a computer. But thankfully in the meantime, CO passed laws that let them go after out-of-state harassers. Yeah Colorado!

        • I was a regular at Protein Wisdom when Deb Frisch started her mayhem….

Can’t believe that it has been over 10 years of bullshit with her.

I pray that the Fat One Who Shall Be Mocked gets the punishment he so richly deserves before 10 years has passed.

          But with Maryland…

          • Likewise. I helped Jeff track her down. (20 years in the network business… I guess I have a few skllls….)

          • I was there at the time. Don’t remember what name I was posting under. It’s hard to believe that a reasonably advanced society can’t find a better way to handle those like Deb Frisch and Big BS.
Really, it should not take a decade plus to shut them down.
I’m also a bit amazed they haven’t stumbled across [Bill maybe almost did] someone as crazy as they are who decided to bring the harassment to a more permanent conclusion.

People like those two are proficient at exploiting the gaps in our laws, which we allow in order to have a free and open society. Among other things, they are malignant narcissists who delight in ripping at the very fabric of our society for their own amusement.

“I’m also a bit amazed they haven’t stumbled across [Bill maybe almost did] someone as crazy as they are who decided to bring the harassment to a more permanent conclusion.”

In a less advanced society, that would usually happen quite quickly. I remember reading someone’s conversation with an Inuit from northern Canada, it got around to asking how the Inuit dealt with some of the problem people in their society, wife beaters, abusers, etc. The Inuit simply said “well, those are the kind of men who are going to accidentally fall into a crevasse during the next hunt.”

          • I found the manic-depressive diagnosis interesting. Schmalfeldt shows more signs of that than of Parkinson’s.

          • To be honest, Bill shows more signs of being pregnant than he does Parkinsons.

          • Sounds a lot more like a meth binge. Funny how close to him getting his monthly disability check that it started.

          • With Frisch, her manic cycle would start on Thursdays, just about every week. I always figured she got her “weekly stipend” from the ‘rents on Thursday…

  3. Where do you go for Deb Frisch now? The sites that kept me updated seem quiet since March or so.Maybe Bill knows?

  4. Is a side effect of meth use weight loss? Has Johnny Atsign worked on a case with drug abusers?

  5. So Biwwy claims to have called the cops for the “perjury” of providing a “false” address. Did he even read this?

    http://www.nccourts.org/Forms/Documents/887.pdf

Look at the Address box, where it clearly says “Use Alternate Address If Afraid To Give Physical Address).”

Dumbf5ck done f5cked it up again, like a dumbf5ck. This is my shocked face.

  6. CNN has some level of respectability with at least a small portion of the public at large, so CNN went potato head and not the other way around. For all the bad things I could say about CNN, they haven’t made boy scout erotica allegedly as a form of “political satire.” It is true that both defecate “content” ripe with falsehoods upon the public at large, but they are still pretty different. While CNN allegedly tracked down the boy/man, they didn’t post the details, even if they did threaten to, so again, this is CNN acting like potato head, but not going full bore. The threat (and it was a threat) was bout 35% as bad as the toddler tracking, old lady threatening, if you don’t deny it it is true, thug, moonbat. #cnnblackmail (yeah, its not twitter, but so what) #schmalfail

    • I guess I didn’t break out a big enough clue-by-four bat. I was sure that the faux subtitle formatting would give it away that it was a parody. Guess it needed circles and arrows and annotations explaining the arrows and circles.

        • Back in the day, there was a curious phenomenon. Even the most out-on-the-fringes drug users that I knew (translation: all of my friends and associates) would wear buttons and put up stickers that said “Speed Kills”. Decades later, it seems that some people still haven’t got the message.
