Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Yesterday, I wrote about the fact that the Kimberlins have filed a cross-appeal in the Walker v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit, a case they won. Most of us would be satisfied to leave well enough alone when we win in court. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, but …

I spent yesterday evening reviewing their cross-appeal brief again. I’m glad I did. I found information they included which will help me make my case when we get to trial in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit.

Everything is going better than I foresaw.

T-minus 14 days and counting.

      • I heard somewhere that if you’re truly badass, the grass makes ’em tickle. Any truth to that assertion?

Conversely, if you’re a midget pedo, you may not be able to get them above the grass, even standing tippy-toes on your babuschka doll’s shoulders.

  1. The psychopaths all think that they are smarter than everyone else. They think that their reality-altering internal life will become external reality if only they repeat their stories often enough.

But in fact, they are terrible liars. They rely upon the fact that their families usually give up contradicting their lies with truth, and cave in. They think outsiders will do the same.

    • What makes it quite delicious is to hear him whining about not being left alone. Being sued is so inconvenient and impolite.

  2. Used to work in a maximum security prison. Death Row watched a lot of cowboy movies. General population watched a lot of cooking shows.

Pedo Unit watched Barney and Sesame Street.

    Creeped out yet?
