Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Here’s some fun factoids about the Interwebz—That’s the complete list of the web domains using xeonhosting dot net for a nameserver as of 21:30 UTC yesterday. I’ll leave it to the Gentle Reader to note anything else these domains might have in common.

Meanwhile, we’re at T-minus 16 days and counting in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit.

  1. You would think if he’s hosting on the same ip and describing himself sometimes as an editor at Breitbart Unmasked there would be some correspondence about that with the owner of Breitbart Unmasked. He still has a duty to report to Hoge such correspondence post discovery I believe? Bill get a big envelope, you got some sending to do. We’ll see if South Carolina mail gets to Hoge’s mailbox within a day’s time.

Or he has effective ownership of Breitbart Unmasked?

  2. This is the sort of thing that litigants who lie about stuff during discovery never anticipate being confronted with in court. It only takes once to utterly destroy credibility. My guess is that our gentle host is going to make the rubble bounce for a long, long time.

  3. Stacy McCain’s DARVO analysis is in effect at the moment. BS spent the last month desperately trying to get people to mention the name of the alleged fiancee, because mere mention would trigger a lawsuit by him on her behalf.

    Except… he’s not a lawyer. Tsk, tsk.

In addition, the alleged fiancee (who I am still not convinced is not just a BS con job) tweeted insults and profanities at people who have never contacted “her,” or even commented about “her.” In other words, “she” initiated all contact. When one of “her” targets responded publicly, BILL SCHMALFELDT is now threatening to sue on “her” behalf.

Only…he’s not a lawyer. And he can’t sue unless he himself is his “fiancee.” Unfortunately for him, socks can’t be defamed.

BS also made a veiled comment about the safety and security of the target’s family, and is threatening to contact the man’s wife. This is textbook harassment, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it has quietly been reported to the proper authorities, along with BS’s history of 9 restraining orders, including one to protect a three year old child.

The alleged fiancee suggested that people search out “her” name. They did. They uncovered a stash of Japanese homosexual and incest cartoon porn, interspersed with what appear to be family photos of young children. I must say, I find this to be a bizarre combination to find in someone’s on line photo bucket account.

When someone posted what they found, BS’s response was that there are other people out there with that last name, only the account wasn’t under the name he gave. Within hours he and the alleged fiancee were saying that porn is no big deal, and the account went private, an implicit admission that the account was, indeed, “hers.” If only BS knew what else has been discovered out there, but best to save that for later.

In response to the alleged fiancee’s invitation to look “her” up on line, people discovered that “she” claimed to have three children, and that they are not the progeny of her recently deceased husband. This person now claims that “her” family is none of anyone’s business, despite posting many photos of them on line in public accounts, and more importantly, despite INVITING PEOPLE TO LOOK “HER” UP ON THE INTERNET. “Yes, your honor, I did say people should look me up, but how dare they listen to me!”

BS is now whining and screaming “hypocrisy” at those who have commented on the teeth of the alleged fiancee, because of the way he treated Lee Stranahan. He doesn’t get it. It is precisely because of his past behavior that people are applying his own standards to him and the alleged fiancee, a willing participant. BS has always lived down to his own standards while demanding that decent people live up to theirs. I think that a few folks have decided that they will hold him and his alleged fiancee to their own standards.
