Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

Judge Hecker issued an order late yesterday partially granting my motion to compel Tetyana Kimberlin to provide a more complete answer to one of the interrogatories propounded to her. However, he denied my motion to compel a more organized production of documents from Brett Kimberlin. He also denied the Kimberlins’ motion to transfer the trial to Montgomery County.

What that all means is that Tetyana Kimberlin owes me a proper list of the witnesses she intends to call for her defense and that I will be on my own to try to suss out which of the random bits of paper The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin threw into his document dump are really intended to be used in evidence and how he imagines they bear on the case.

The judge wants to reschedule the trial, and he issued a memo from chambers asking for other dates in August when the parties would be available.

Something also happened yesterday because something else didn’t.

Everything is proceeding as I have foreseen.

  1. I can believe everything except that you foresaw the judge asking to reschedule the trial.

How could you possibly predict something so outrageous?

  2. Dang, Hoge, you could totally write suspense thrillers that leave your readers on the edge of their seat with that cliffhanger penultimate paragraph!

(For Biwwy, “penultimate” means “next to last”, dumbf5ck.)

  3. I see many instances of the words “Objection your Honor” and “Sustained”, in your future.

    • He’s probably hoping his Lifetime Appointment ends before he has to deal with the Pedo King and the Blob
