Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The Kimberlins filed a motion to have the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit transferred from Carroll County to Montgomery County. I have opposed their motion.

I don’t intend to make any further substantive public comment on their motion until after the court has ruled on it.

  1. I admire your restraint in not asking the Court to strike their motion outright for all the scurrilous attacks it contained.

  2. Neither logic, nor case law, nor truth matter to Brett Kimberlin when writing his court motions. It is refreshing to see all used by at least one party in the case. And if there really was Justice in Maryland, it would matter to the Judge.

  3. I just compared Our Gracious Host’s response here with Team Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber’s last two posted motions (response to 2nd and 3rd motions on discovery), and man, it looks bad for Our Gracious Host.

(Yes, it would be more fair to compare this response to the motion it responds to, but Maryland.)

About the only shot Our Gracious Host has of winning any prizes is in the Miss Congeniality category.

Just how the hell do you expect to win this case, HOOOOOOOGE?

    • With all due respect, our Gracious Host may be doing this wrong. IANAL nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night but it appears that successful motions in MD need to include hysterical screaming, frantic hand waving, table pounding, finished off with a defective certificate of service and be sent to only one party to the case. All of Team Kimberlin’s motions are done that way.

What’s that? Team Kimberlin hasn’t won any cases using that method? Oh. Well, never mind then. Carry on.
