Patrick Frey’s response to The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s motion for summary judgment and his counter-motion were due on Wednesday in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit. The docket shows that a sealed motion was filed on time. Given that TDPK’s motion and exhibits were sealed and probably contain a great deal of confidential discovery material, it’s not surprising that Patterico’s response would need to be sealed as well.
The last bit of paperwork relating to summary judgment in the RICO Remnant LOLsuit are due on 17 March, the same day that TDPK’s show cause hearing for contempt is scheduled in the Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. lawsuit.
