Hoge v. Kimberlin, et al. News

I received this rather hysterical filing in the mail last Friday, and it appeared on the case docket yesterday—

Here is my opposition to the Motion to Cancel—

My opposition to The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin’s motion speaks for itself, so I don’t intend to have any further substantive public comment on the pending show cause hearing until after the court has ruled on the issues involved.

  1. To quote the license plate of one of my neighbors: Dayuuum. Gotta love unrepentant liars (not). In any sane place, this would be a slam dunk violation of his probation and a return to a cell. Since this is Maryland, probably not. 😛

  2. He lied about lying, in front of the judge who caught his lying? And now he’s lying about being caught in the lying?

He says that for the umpteenth time you wrote about locking Kimberlin up. Actually, I’ve read most of what you’ve posted here for years. Only recently, in a court filing, did you mention locking up the liar. You’ve provided plenty of opportunities for the rest of us to speculate…but I doubt he can produce two specific John Hoge sentences about incarcerating Kimberlin.

    • He never lets the truth get in the way of making assertions. And of course every time he does that his opponent needs to go out and prove that he was wrong. And even then he just turns around and says that evidence is a lie.

Personally, I think the “don’t trust Kimberlin” section here should have been in every filing ever filed with this guy, but it’s a king hit here.

  3. The sheer brazenness of his lying is just stupefying. While I’m glad John is unwilling to let go of the tiny pedo dirtbag I can see why others would. Lawsuits for the rest of your life indeed. At least this time the correct person is on the receiving end. Chip away, John. I hope eventually (sooner is better) there’s nothing left but a very small pile of rubble.

  4. It’s not fair of you to tell the court that the King of the Pedoketeers a perjurer and forger. You’re telling the truth and providing documentation, but that just makes it even more unfair. If you take perjury and forgery away from him, how is he supposed to mount any kind of effective defense?

  5. It’s a Miracle!!!! BK actually can include a proper signature block in a filing!

I guess he only takes the trouble when he doesn’t want the submission struck for improper format, but still…..

  6. After all of Brett Kimberlin’s attempts to gain relief for others having contacting his “employer” to have him “fired” he now tries to represent himself as the “director.” The hypocrisy is stunning. But, that is par for Brett Kimberlin’s course.

  7. “He wants this Court to trust the unsworn word of a convicted perjurer about a document produced by an admitted forger.”

That will leave a mark. The Response was completely devastating to Kimberlin.

  8. Could a lawyer type person explain just how common it is for a party to request a court-ordered hearing be cancelled?

It um… seems like a really bad idea to me. But then, I’m not a legal genius.

      • Yes, but there’s no chance he would correct his improper response. It looks like his plan at this stage is to claim it was proper, rather than admitting his previous two attempts were not.

  9. Plus one for the “scintilla” jab; minus one for not promising (here on the blog) to have him thrown in prison.
    Otherwise [redacted] brilliant!

  10. Good to see Jeffrey Cohen’s name in a filing… at some point he has to come forward in regards to his role in all this…. or else be brought forward.
