  1. Oh gone are the days when they would regale us with their epic tales of “I’ve won this many more than you”. Never again will the litigiously challenged taunt so boldly and will instead be limited to how many bowel movements they have manhandled.
    Dumb bastards.

  2. Experts soon not to be in Wisconsin assure me that the mature, responsible way to deal with situations like this is to delete the lawsuit and make a new one somewhere else.

  3. Guys, I think I know what happened. I was at the Montgomery Co. Circuit Courthouse the other day and as I was going through security, I saw a sign that said, “you have to be at least this tall to enter the building.”

  4. Will this be widely reported on BU since the promised to update us on all Kimberlin’s lawsuits?

More likely is that that coward Bill ignores the bad news that his pedo buddy ran away yet again.

    • Who are they paying the other “salaries and wages” to? (Page 10, Part IX, line 7) There are utilities, nearly $1K a month, but no rent or mortgage. Is this being run out of where he lives and he’s claiming his family’s personal living expenses as the foundation’s?

A proper forensic audit of that organization looks like it would be rather fun.

    • Isn’t it amazing that JTMP got 33.73% of their income in 2015 from the public (Schedule A page 2 line 14), which is only 0.4% more than the bare minimum required to qualify as a publicly supported organization (line 16a)?

  5. Does anyone know who “settled” with Kimberlin for $21,600 in 2015? The accounting expenses of $8,451 is also a red flag for a nonprofit like JTMP. Anyone want to bet that Brett is paying himself, or family member, for JTMP “accounting expenses”?
