Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin had until 1 February to file a motion for summary judgment in the Kimberlin v. Frey RICO Remnant LOLsuit. He filed one on the 1st, but I can’t publish it. It’s sealed, and I am bound by the protective order in that case.ecf-391-redactedWe’ll just have to wait and see.

UPDATE—I also can’t publish it because I don’t have a copy. I’m not a party to the remnant of the LOLsuit, so I wasn’t served. Of course, Breitbart Unmasked Bunny Billy Boy Unread has a history of publishing sealed documents during the Cabin Boy’s™ first turn as editor …

ali_blogbashUPDATE 2—Count 3 in the original RICO Madness LOLsuit (of which this RICO Remnant LOLsuit is the remaining shadow) was a claim under the Ku Klux Klan act alleging that Ali Akbar (photo at left) and others had engaged in a conspiracy to deprive TDPK of his civil rights. The failure of that claim may be the reason TDPK didn’t include Exhibit KKK.

  1. A little birdie told me that it’s a hilarious and incoherent mess of bizarre tinfoil hat conspiracy fantasies, transparent lies and misrepresentation of basic case law.

      • I find it interesting that #62 is described as just “envelope” and has no corresponding set of triple letters. Letters that follow JJJ…

        • When filings arrive via mail, the Clerk usually includes a copy of the envelope showing the postmark as part of the record. When filings are filed under seal, the Clerk will include a copy of the envelope that contained the sealed materials.

  2. I’m no lawyer, so I don’t know just how much the sealing limits Our Gracious Host’s ability to comment, but can you at least tell us how many times you LOLed while reading it?

And if I can press our luck, can you give us a breakdown of how many scurrilous insults, provable lies, and misrepresentations of laws and precedents are in it? No specifics, just numbers?
