Team Kimberlin Post of the Day

This came in the mail on Thursday.

Because I believe that discovery is best kept confidential to the greatest extent possible, I’ve redacted the answers to interrogatories which The Dread Pro-Se Kimberlin attached. I don’t intend to make any further public statement concerning this matter prior to the court’s ruling on the contempt hearing that has been ordered—except to note that the answers provided are still incomplete.

Murum aries attigit.

  1. Will wonders never cease. Brett actually DOES know how to file something with a proper signature block.

Is he still using the address the deputy couldn’t serve him at?

    • I was wondering when The Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber would start using the latest far left buzzword. I guess The Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber is hoping that he’ll get some naive leftist judge who will see the magic word and automagically rule in his favor, JUST to punish us “alt-right” bad people.

It’s not his dumbest idea, really. Not even in the top ten. For most people, it would be, but we’re talking about The Sawed-Off Pedo Bomber…

  2. The butt-hurt is strong in him.

Which brings to mind the old one-liner, “you do know why they call it ‘the slammer,’ don’t you?”

  3. I find it amusing that, for the umpteenth time, Defendant is whining about complying fully with the normal, every day requirements of civil court. He just doesn’t like being the one sued. It’s too bad, really, seeing as how he says its his job to wage war in the courts against others. He doesn’t like it when someone else moonlights in his position, eh?

  4. I’m confused… It says he delivered it to you on the 24th, but you received it on Thursday isn’t that the 26th? Didn’t he signed that verifying that you received it on the 24th?

  5. Accuse the court of enabling harassment, merely for expecting him to comply with discovery like every other case ever … THAT’LL win the judge over. Is this more of the “intentionally-antagonize-the-judge-so-I-can-claim-bias-and-therefore-appeal” strategy?

  6. Oh, and if the ability to notice BK is a dumbass makes someone “alt-right,” that movement just became so mainstream, I don’t think you can call it “alt” anymore.

    • Given that the msm is already assuring their few remaining readers/viewers that anyone to the right of Lenin is “alt-right”, I think it is indeed fair to say that movement is no longer even fringe, never mind “alt”.

Of course it is no longer the same movement, having had its tent increased by massive amounts, so I fully expect a new term to be coined by the msm to describe the original alt-right, now that they have made that term meaningless.
